Cancellation & refund policy

Before filing

If you cancel before we submit your application to the authority, our service fee is refunded in full, less any government fee already paid on your behalf.

After filing

Once an application has been submitted, the government fee cannot be recovered — the authority does not return it, whatever the outcome.

If your visa is refused

Our service fee is refunded in full. The government fee is not refundable by us or by anyone else.

How refunds are made

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval.
