What we collect

To file a visa application we collect your name, contact details, passport data, travel details and the supporting documents the destination authority requires. We collect nothing we do not need for that purpose.

How we use it

Your information is used to prepare and submit your application, to communicate with you about it, to raise and answer queries with the relevant authority, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the authority processing your application and the service providers who run our payments, hosting and messaging.

How documents are stored

Uploaded documents are held in private storage that is not reachable from any public address. Access is checked on every request and every download is recorded with the user, time and IP address.

How long we keep it

Application documents are deleted 90 days after a file closes. Approved visa copies are held for 12 months. Accounting records are retained for the period Indian law requires.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Write to the contact address on this website and we will respond within 30 days.
